Cost: $300 per ensemble for ASTA members, $400 per ensemble for non-ASTA members

Registration, Payment and Cancellation Information:

• Registration will begin on Friday, May 22, 2026

• OrchestraFest is limited to a maximum of 16 participating orchestras.

• Schools must submit both the registration form and the full payment before they are considered fully registered. Payment is due upon registration and no later than September 11.

• Please complete the registration form for EACH ensemble you are registering for the festival.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 30.

Important Scheduling Information:

Performance clinics are scheduled to begin as early as 8:30AM, and conclude as late as 4:15PM. Scheduling request priority will be considered in order of registration and payment receipt. Schedule requests are not guaranteed. No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 30.

Each ensemble will be scheduled for a 45 minute performance and clinic. Groups should arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to their performance time to allow for set up and tuning needs. Ensembles may choose to perform as many, or as few pieces as they choose (most groups perform three selections, but it is up to you!). The remaining time is devoted to one of our guest clinicians working magic with your students. In addition to the live clinic, performance groups will receive a recording of taped comments by a second guest clinician.
